These doujinshi are from my personal bought collection. Any that are not will say so :) The titles of translated doujinshi will be in italics.
METAL GEAR SOLID

1. Unite Ouroboros #1 - (Raw Version HERE) - Serious doujinshi about Solid Snake and Naked Snake, involves time travel.
2. Unite Ouroboros #2 - (Raw Version HERE) - Serious doujinshi about Solid Snake and Naked Snake, involves time travel. Sequel to the above.
3. Les Enfants Terribles - Funny doujinshi about Big Boss and Paramedic, with Liquid and Solid as toddlers. (not scanned by me)
4. Mechanical Heaven (Raw Version HERE) - Serious and funny doujinshi, contains several stories. Raiden, Snake and Otacon are the main characters.
5. More Deep- EXPLICIT YAOI, contains several serious/gag stories. Pairings include Snake/Otacon and Ocelot/BigBoss.
6. Censor Ship+ - A collection of gag 4-komas (four pannel pages).
7. I Wish (saved from the internet) - Serious doujinshi about Snake and Otacon.
8. Alive (saved from the internet) - Serious doujinshi with the main pairing being Snake/Otacon.
9. Terrorist and Hero (saved from the internet) - Serious doujinshi with the pairing being Snake/Liquid. Otacon is also a frequent character. The doujinshi seems to be about Liquid living with Snake and Otacon after being rescued by his brother after the events of the first MGS.
10. Unknown (saved from the internet) - Seems to be a sequel to Terrorist and Hero; contains five stories about Snake/Liquid.

FINAL FANTASY 7

1. Death Gigas - Cid/Vincent, YAOI, serious doujinshi.
2. Galian Beast - Cid/Vincent, YAOI, serious doujinshi.
3. SA MA YO I - Serious and gag doujinshi about Vincent and his father Grimoire, with appearances by Cid, Cait and Shelke as well.
4. Nightmare - Amusing doujinshi about Turk Vincent, Lucrecia and Hojo.
5. The Outer Mission - Gag doujinshi about all the Dirge of Cerberus characters.
